Our Flyer Class at Tytanium Athletics is a specialized program designed for athletes who perform in the air during stunts. This session focuses on the critical elements of body control, balance, and flexibility required to execute elite positions with confidence and safety. Participants engage in targeted stretching and conditioning to improve their splits and body lines for skills such as scorpions, heel stretches, and arabesques. By working on both ground-based drills and elevated balance techniques, flyers develop the core strength and muscle memory needed to remain stable and sharp while being transitioned or held by their stunt group.
