Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Our tumbling program at Tytanium Athletics offers a comprehensive and structured progression for athletes of all experience levels to develop their floor skills. Starting with foundational body awareness and basic shapes, the curriculum moves systematically through various technical stages to ensure a safe and solid transition from introductory rolls to elite aerial rotations. Each level is designed to build the necessary strength, flexibility, and confidence required for competitive excellence while emphasizing proper form and landing safety. By providing a clear pathway from beginner to advanced mastery, the program allows participants to reach their highest potential in a focused and encouraging environment.

Recreational Class Options

Preschool Classes (Ages 4-5)

Big moves for little athletes! Our Preschool program at Tytanium Athletics is designed to introduce children ages 4–5 to the exciting world of Tumbling in a fun, nurturing environment. Through age-appropriate activities, young tumblers will develop foundational skills including balance, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness — all while building confidence and a love for movement.

Level 1 Beginner

The Level 1 Beginner classes at Tytanium Athletics are designed to introduce athletes to the fundamental building blocks of cheer and tumbling. These sessions prioritize the mastery of essential techniques such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, and bridges, ensuring a solid foundation for future progression. Coaches provide a structured and encouraging environment where students can develop body awareness, strength, and coordination while gaining the confidence needed to move toward more advanced skills. By focusing on proper form and safety from the very beginning, these classes help participants of all experience levels start their athletic journey with the right habits and technical precision.

Level 1 Advanced

Level 1 Advanced classes at Tytanium Athletics are tailored for athletes who have successfully mastered the basics and are ready to polish their technique while learning more complex connections. This curriculum shifts focus toward the precision and power required for skills like front and back walkovers, consecutive back rolls to push up position, and specialized jump combinations. Instructors emphasize the transition from individual elements to fluid sequences, ensuring that each movement is performed with the elite form necessary for competitive excellence. By providing a bridge between introductory skills and higher level tumbling, this class challenges students to increase their strength and flexibility in a focused, high energy setting.

Level 2 Beginner

Level 2 Beginner classes at Tytanium Athletics are crafted for athletes who have a firm grasp of level one skills and are ready to introduce inversion and spring to their tumbling. The primary focus of this level is the development of the standing back handspring and the round off back handspring. Coaches emphasize the importance of explosive leg power, shoulder flexibility, and core stability to ensure these new elements are performed with safety and correct body alignment. As students transition into these more dynamic movements, they also continue to refine their specialized entries and exits to maintain the technical standards required for future elite tumbling levels.

Level 2 Advanced

Level 2 Advanced classes at Tytanium Athletics are designed for athletes who have mastered the foundational back handspring and are ready to integrate it into more complex, high-energy sequences. The curriculum focuses on connecting multiple elements, such as round-off back handspring series and front walkover to back handspring transitions. Coaches work with students to perfect their technique on specialized skills like the back extension roll back handspring and front bounders, ensuring elite form and power throughout every movement. This level serves as a critical stepping stone for those looking to build the momentum and consistency required for upper-level tumbling while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Level 3 Beginner

Level 3 Beginner classes at Tytanium Athletics introduce athletes to the transition from floor-bound skills to aerial rotation. The primary objective of this level is the mastery of the standing back tuck and the round off back handspring back tuck. Instructors focus heavily on the mechanics of the set, emphasizing vertical height and core tucking speed to ensure a safe and powerful rotation. In addition to these cornerstone skills, students work on building the endurance and explosive power necessary to maintain high technical standards throughout more demanding sequences. This level represents a significant milestone in an athlete’s progression as they begin to execute elite-level flips with control and confidence.

Level 3 Advanced

Level 3 Advanced classes at Tytanium Athletics focus on the mastery of elite aerial skills and high-speed tumbling combinations. This curriculum challenges athletes to perfect the standing back handspring back tuck and advance toward more difficult skills like front tucks and aerials. Coaches emphasize the technical precision required for punch fronts and the ability to maintain strong body positions throughout multiple alternating passes. By focusing on explosive power and refined landing technique, students in this level develop the consistency needed for competitive success.

Level 4 Tumbling

Athletes in Level 4 are ready to take their tumbling to new heights! This class focuses on mastering the layout, building the body control, power, and technique needed to execute a clean, straight-body pass. Level 4 is the perfect stepping stone for athletes looking to advance their skills beyond the basics and begin their journey into elite tumbling.

Level 5 Tumbling

Level 5 athletes are working toward one of the most exciting milestones in cheerleading tumbling — the full twist! This class focuses on developing the rotational awareness, timing, and strength required to confidently execute a layout with a full twist. Athletes in this level are dedicated, driven, and ready to elevate their performance.

Level 6 Tumbling

Our most advanced tumbling class, Level 6 is designed for elite athletes ready to train at the highest level. This class focuses on mastering the double full  — requiring exceptional body control, speed, and air awareness. Level 6 athletes are among the best of the best, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible on the floor.

Flyer Class

The Flyer Class at Tytanium Athletics is a specialized program designed for athletes who perform in the air during stunts. This session focuses on the critical elements of body control, balance, and flexibility required to execute elite positions with confidence and safety. Participants engage in targeted stretching and conditioning to improve their splits and body lines for skills such as scorpions, heel stretches, and arabesques. By working on both ground-based drills and elevated balance techniques, flyers develop the core strength and muscle memory needed to remain stable and sharp while being transitioned or held by their stunt group.

All Male Power Tumbling

The All Male Power Tumbling class at Tytanium Athletics is a specialized program designed to provide a focused and high-energy environment for male athletes to develop their tumbling skills. This class follows a level one beginner curriculum, prioritizing the mastery of foundational movements such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. Instructors emphasize building the specific upper body strength and explosive power necessary for male tumbling while ensuring proper form in bridges and kickovers. By training alongside peers in a dedicated space, participants can build confidence and athletic coordination as they work toward technical precision in a supportive, male-focused setting.
